  • Madeline at Mad About Dogs is AMAZING! As a non-native to Arizona, I was unsure about where to bring my puppy - especially after hearing horror stories of dangerous and unethical dog groomers. I stumbled upon her Yelp page and was impressed by the 5 star ratings and positive customer feedback. When I took him in for his appointment today I immediately felt at ease due to the caring and fun environment. It is clearly visible that Madeline and her team love dogs and are passionate about their profession. As I don't know much about grooming, she took the time to show me her clips and do a practice patch on my puppy so I knew what I would be getting. After I dropped him off, she maintained communication with me and even sent me a picture while I was on my way! She was willing to make any necessarily modifications on the spot to make sure we were happy. Thank you, Madeline!!
