This nail salon has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced in a nail salon. The owner is insulting and rude and tried to over charge me three times in one visit. I am a hairdresser and brought my six year old daughter here for her birthday as well as my eighteen year old niece for the occasion. I asked how much for a manicure for my six year old and was told $25 with sparkle Polish (which for some reason is $5 extra charge). My niece was told $45 for a shellac manicure with NO tips. I experienced a one hour wait after waiting for an appointment. The attendant who did my nieces nails was extremely rude to her and refused to fix a nail that she had got paint on her skin. While having my acrylic fill done a nail Polish accidentally fell of the table which is unlevel. I was embarrassed and apologetic. The Polish had got all over mine and my daughters boots. The women refused to give us nail Polish remover to clean our boots and gave us terrible looks and we're beyond rude to us after this happened. The nail Polish was 3/4 finished as when I picked it up the attendant doing my nails said she would have to add thinner to it to use it for my tips. When I got to the front to pay the owner (a man with no customer service skills) charged me an additional $10 for the Polish which I know costs $6 at the nail supply as I am a hairdresser and esthetchian myself. My bill was atrocious with being over charged for my six year old and niece. The women and owner were absolutely beyond rude. What was supposed to be a happy fun day for us girls left me very upset. I would never return here again. There is a new nail place that has just opened next to the Michael's in the plaza across from this one and I will definitely be going there next time. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to this salon unless you want to leave angry with a huge dent in your wallet.
