  • Graze is located on the square around the Capitol. It has an indoor and outdoor seating area. The indoor seating area gets pretty crowded during the evenings and on the weekends. Usually, if you have to wait for a table, the servers will text your phone so you don't have to wait inside. Their menu offers a limited amount of options. There are also only a couple vegetarian options and I am not sure if they have any vegan choices. I am usually surprised by this because most Madison locals recommend trying this place quite frequently. I know that Graze gets a majority of their produce from the Madison Farmer's Market which is great. I enjoyed their cheese curds, but they are not the best cheese curds that you can get in Madison, in my opinion. I ordered their fish fry which was $18 and was about the same thing you could get for $8 at a local bar. If you're looking for great cocktails and average food check out Graze. They have an amazing view of the capitol and their service is excellen
