I am a Boxer breeder who lived in Vegas for a year. I had a litter of pups while there and at first was very happy with this vet. If I called they would always answer my questions. This was our first litter so I was inexperienced with what all needed to be done. My issues started after the litter was born.
They had their tails docked at 3 days old, which is normal, but they did a horrible job doing the docking. All of the pups have bald tips at the end of their tails, and one had to go back in to have it redone, because the bone was sticking out when he grew.
The vet put the microchip in when they were two weeks old, and it should not have been done until they were 8 weeks or older. The chips moved as they grew, and one family we sold to is a police officer, said they scanned their pup and the chip was on his butt rather than between his shoulder blades.
When we had our second and most recent litter here in CA we had to go to the vet twice in the 8 weeks we had the pups, but the vet at centennial had us in every two weeks so they could charge us for each visit.
They are way overpriced, and will get you to come back as often as possible to charge you more. And their doctors are incompetent to preform surgical procedures. And they are motivated more by profit than the health of the dog.
