  • This review is solely based on trying to get a quote from Rob. No actual work was done because we didn't get that far. I'm looking to have the interior of my house painted and called 4 companies (including ABFP) last week to schedule times for them to come out and provide quotes. The other 3 had no problem showing up, with one even calling to let me know he missed a turn and would be running 5-10 minutes late. Unfortunately, Rob never came nor did he bother to call or text to let me know. He left a voicemail this morning saying, "he missed our appointment because he came down with the flu." No apology whatsoever for the inconvenience but he did want to know if it'd be possible to reschedule. I figured out you missed the appointment on my own, Rob, as I hung around the house waiting. People get sick and things happen -- totally understandable. But to no-show without any communication or apology is completely unacceptable when there are other companies/owners who do value a potential customer's time. If you scroll through these reviews, you can see that it's not a first time incident. Sorry Rob, you and your crew probably do good work but it's pretty weak to leave someone hanging.
