  • I had reserved a Ford Explorer, however, when Id arrived they didnt have one. Sixt's rep had an "oh well" attitude about it which certainly didnt help. The only SUVs available had smaller cargo areas. The car was ok, but we had really needed the extra room for our trip. Next time, I will go with a reputable company who can provide the proper vehicle at pick up.
