I will give them props for handing out free jump passes at the birthday party for my twins as favors. That was the LAST and ONLY nice thing they did for us. We spent well over $500 on that birthday party. When we came back and had socks from another trampoline park, they insisted I buy a pair of theirs. (My daughter actually had hurt her knee and I was sitting with her while she was crying. I thought the guy was coming over to see if she needed ice. But no, it was about the socks) Needless to say we left, won't be going back. The crowd is a lot of older kids, and while mine are 6 years old, they seem to get trampled because of how many people they pack in. I even get knocked over. This place is all about making money at the expense of patrons that just want to have a fun time as a family. I ended up giving away the last 4 free jump passes because I don't even want to step foot in this venue again. Good luck to anyone who jumps here, I hope you don't mind getting knocked over, taken for granted, and left wondering why you chose this trampoline park over the many others around.
