This was our first time staying at this place. We reserved our room online, it was pretty easy to do. Upon arriving to the hotel at about 9:30 in the evening, we were tired and ready for our room. There seem to be an entire Army Troop from China checking in just before us. So the lobby was rather busy. There was a man and a young lady working the front desk. The really were not very friendly, which is the reason for my 4 stars instead of 5.
The rooms were very clean and at the same time pretty large. There was a pull out bed from under the couch which my child slept in and said was very comfy. My husband and I were in the king size bed in the bedroom area, it really was an amazing bad. The lid for the AC unit in the room was broken but other than that the room was very nice. The main complaint that I have about this room, is the fact that it was right above the fire pit near the lobby and pool area. The problem with this is they keep the fire going apparently all night long. I was woken up multiple times from people talking and laughing from under my window. As long as the air was running I could not hear them, but II the air turned off - I heard everything! The free breakfast that was offered in the lobby had quite a variety of food. Everything from croissants and toast and bagels 2 eggs and sausage and Waffles. The breakfast area was also kept very clean and they were on top of filling the food as it became low. I think I would stay here again to be honest, however I would request a room nowhere near the fire pit
