  • I am unbelievably disappointed in this shop. I have been trying since October SECOND to get a hold of SOMEONE to give me one price quote on a tattoo piece that was to be done by Helen for my mother. (Helen is visiting Calgary on the 10th of October and I was told appointments were going fast, so I tried to book early). I even sent a picture of the tattoo and size, as Helen charges by piece and my mom wanted to know an idea as to how much it would cost, as a deposit is also required so she needed to know how much that was as well. I have called numerous times (4+) and have contacted this studio through Facebook messages and email since October third, was even was told Helen would be given my information to call me back that day and that was the middle of last week. I have STILL heard nothing from anyone and it's October 11th!! How inconsiderate. I am no longer interested, and big into tattoo's here in Calgary. I will let my friends and review readers here in Calgary get a heads up that this shop must be too busy to entertain any aspect of new clientele whatsoever. Thumbs down.
