rev:text	I brought my car in for a simple oil change. After Robert showed me everything that was apparently wrong with my car, I declined because my car had recently been serviced so I know all of that was bullshit. They started on the oil change and then brought me back in a second time to tell me the threads were cross threaded and that I need a new oil pan. A 300 dollar repair. I told them to install a self tapping drain plug so I could get in and out without them trying to rip me off. They complied but made me sign a waiver. I took it to a reputable mechanic and he looked at my threads and said they are fine, and that they installed a Heli coil to cover their asses because they probably were the ones that cross threaded it. After straightening the threads, he put in a new drain plug and now everything's fine. Thanks for trying to rip me off Superior Tire.
