  • Really unbelievable. Has to be fraud... could not be honest mistake. Had a noise under my car's front end. Big O diagnosed I needed new struts, new control arms, brake pads and rotors (only 10% life left), alignment, new tires... total cost almost $3,000. Went to my usual shop and he looked at my car. He diagnosed I needed the control arms, alignment, and tires. He could not believe anyone told me the struts or brakes were bad (60% life left). He wanted $1,100 for total repairs. Not only did he not lie to inflate my repair items, but his prices for parts and labor were only 2/3 for same items!! Suggest you stay away from this place unless you just like being taken advantage of. Yuuk!!
