  • I have worked with other jewelers on custom ring projects, but my experience with Schubach's has made me a lifelong customer. It can be unnerving working with a jeweler that is long distance (I'm in CA) but they are so communicative and attentive that I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Joe sent videos of different shades of pink diamonds, so that I could be certain I was getting exactly what I wanted. The CAD renderings of my ring were available online so that I could see every aspect and angle of my ring and be sure I was 100% satisfied before we went into production. As a jewelry hobbiest, I must admit that my other pieces do not hold a candle to my Schubach's ring. The quality and workmanship is just absolute perfection and I think I'm pickier than the average. ;) It is not every day that you find such a talented, quality jeweler that is also outstanding when it comes to customer service.
