  • Oops! Should have read the reviews before booking! I called 3 days ago to book laser hair removal treatments. I was not informed at the time of booking that there may be health concerns that would not permit you to have laser treatments I spoke with my doctor today and she has advised against laser. I called to cancel and was told that this is correct, I cannot have laser treatment, but that you don't let customers know what potential barriers to service there might be until AFTER they pay a non-refundable lump sum. This is absurd. No services have been rendered. They will not cancel, although it would pose a health risk for me to proceed with the services.
