| - I had my first Bellagio experience on Monday. I can tell you it won't be my last. The first thing that stood out to me, was how busy it was. To me, if a place is booming on a Monday, they must do good quality work. The second thing, I noticed was how many colours they offered. To be honest, I was a little over whelmed with the selection. LOL I will be mentally prepared for next time.
From the moment I arrived until I was finished, I dealt with two staff members, both were kind, respectful and in spite of how busy it was, I never felt like they were rushing or I was an inconvenience. I was constantly asked if the length, the shape, and the application were ok, at each step of the process. The décor is like an escape from every day life here in Calgary...you are transported to an exotic land for an hour. I love the fact that, they give you your own file and buffer block to use and bring back on subsequent visits.
My only complaint was that when my fill was finished they didn't apply cuticle oil or hand cream. My hands tend to be quite dry and after a fill, even more so, Not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things...for me it is all about cleanliness, and how I am treated. The prices are comparable to other nail salons for the same service.
