  • Okay, it's gone downhill a little bit... First issue is the menu changed, and the food selection and quality have definitely gone down, while the prices went up. Beyond this, is the fact that on opening week for a blockbuster movie, they only have 1 or two cinema suites showings a week... Frankly, the Fork and Screen showings aren't worth it. This has now happened for Star Wars and for Deadpool. Not to mention that back in August (Phoenix is freakishly hot), was stuck in the elevator for nearly an hour (about 140 degrees in there). The service the past few times I've went was pretty bad. AMC really needs to pull their heads out of their asses and actually have more cinema suites showings of top selling movies... They are consistently sold out, except for the handicap spaces that don't actually have seats, and no indication on the website as such. Beyond this, every time you have to go back on their website to pick another time, it takes forever for the current day to load before you can change days, then it takes a long time again... it's like the programmers at AMC never heard of data caching.
