Absolutely horrible service!
Let me first clarify that they did replace the part under warranty and it works correctly. However, this took several months for them to accomplish this. Once they decided to come out and diagnose the problem they stated that a technician would be at my house between 12-4 on the upcoming Friday. No one showed up between those hours and no one called to communicate anything to me. I called them 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment to be greeted by a voicemail stating that they closed at 4pm and to contact them the following Monday. I called them the following Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only to be greeted by voicemail. I left messages every time and no one ever returned my call, ever! I finally decided to block my telephone number when I called them again and surprise someone actually answered the phone. The person indicated that they never received any messages and that someone had been out to diagnose the problem and that they had to order a replacement part. He stated he did not know why they did not communicate this to me. He stated that he would have the part in 10 days and they would call and schedule a time to install it. Well, 3 weeks later having never heard from them, I called them (again by blocking my telephone number)and they said yes we have your part and would like to install it. Again, they couldn't answer the question as to why this wasn't communicated to me as they said they would. I can tell you why, it is because they have absolutely no idea how to provide customer service.
If this item wasn't under warranty service I would have terminated my business with them from the beginning. I absolutely would NOT recommend them!
