  • Drove a F150 crewcab into to get washed. Entered with 4 floor mats. Left there, notice a few hours later that a rear floor mat is missing. Called them they gave every excuse in the book. Said it's not there problem, and they don't have it. Accepted no responsibility, even thought I told them I knew it was there that morning. Never go there.
