WOW! Where do I begin? My newest bride Deborah and I just got married here at the Tropicana on Feb 13, 2016. Everything was set in motion after I was introduced to Lynda Richardson, Director of Hotel Sales. Lynda was "EVERYTHING!" She made 100% sure that we were connected with our wedding planner, banquet manager and restaurant manager. She returned all of our calls and emails. We were given the royal treatment before and during our stay there. The facilities were top class. We were given the best suite in the hotel complimentary for three days and three nights. Everyone at The Tropicana was cordial, polite and respectful. Lynda Richardson went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate us. We love her for this. She even had our engagement photo displayed on The Tropicana marquee the entire day of the wedding. Gwendolyn Stevenson of VIP services was there on site to make sure everything ran well which it did. Receiving outstanding customer service in this day and age is rare. Gwen Stevenson made our stay there as pleasant as one could expect. She's a true professional. I would not hesitate to refer any of my friends or colleagues to The Tropicana and if I even hold another event, it would definitely be with Tropicana Las Vegas resort. The entire staff was professional and courtesy towards us. Thanks for making our wedding/Valentine Day weekend a most memorable one.
