  • I came here with my family on a Sunday morning. We arrived at about 8:50 and there were 3 tables outside. We asked if our family of four (two adults, 3 yr old and 8mo) could sit outside at a table with 3 chairs and the blonde girl behind the check in was utterly rude and gave us attitude saying "if we are ok being squished" I couldn't believe it. If it's open and available, let the customer sit down, instead of waiting for a larger table to arrive when you specifically say "we don't take reservations". First in best dressed. The gentleman who got us our drinks apologized for the way we were treated inside and I appreciated that. We ordered our meal, my eggs that I had asked for were completely raw. I had asked for them to be poached. I bought it to the woman servers attention and she proceeded to ask me if I wanted them "poached hard" I told her "no, I just want them poached please". Mind you the egg white was still completely clear. She took them away and I waited exactly 17 minutes for them to return with the poached eggs. This time they were completely overdone. No runny yolk whatsoever. I bought it to the lovely gentlemen's attention and the server came out and interrupted us and said she would notify the back. There was never one discount or apology from the woman. This was the most appalling customer service we have ever had. I will never return here and I will notify all people I know about the horrible experience we had. Kudos to the gentleman who worked there that noticed the mistakes that had been made. He should have been the server!
