  • so i thought i'd give the cupcake shoppe a second chance YOU CAN NOT JUDGE A CUPCAKE BY IT'S 'COVER' Again, the cupcakes are very cute, however, the taste....*sigh* WHYYYYYYYYYY MUST YOU DISAPPOINT!????? I got 'Pretty N Pink, Frost Me, and Crummie. Pretty N Pink (Chocolate cake w/raspberry buttercream) 1/5 - chocolate cake wasn't too sweet, but the raspberry buttercream was HIGHLY disappointing. I could barely taste the raspberry flavor. Crummie (Chocolate cake w/cookies n' cream buttercream) 1/5 - again.....I could barely taste the cookies n' cream flavor....(at this point...i was shaking my head) Frost Me (Vanilla frosting on marble cake) 2/5 - the "best" out of all 3. The frosting was green, which was..uhh..cute? BUT, and there is a big BUT....the frosting was hard/cold...didn't seem so fresh..and i really doubt the cold froze the frosting, esp since i ate them as soon as i got out of the shop. Overall statement: I learned my lesson. I shall never come here again. PLUS, TALK ABOUT OVER PRICED!!!
