  • My experience prior to doing Invisalign was good. However once the Invisalign process started I feel like I've been getting the run around and I've been ignored. Keep in my I have paid around $4000 out of pocket for this. So at the end of my Invisalign, right before I was supposed to get the two permanent retainers....the retainers split my upper teeth farther apart and I had a gap. No biggie...the dentist said we would correct it. The problem was is that I had to move for work to another state. I was in NC in time to get a new set of of retainers to correct the gap before I got my permanents. If I was satisfied they told me to call the office and they would send the permanents. A couple months later I called and told them my teeth had corrected and to send the permanents. Didn't get anything for a month. Called again ...apparently whoever took the message didn't tell anyone. So they finally mail me retainers...there is a set of four. When I got my permanents last time it was a set of two. Sent email asking about the directions since it is a different amount of retainers...got one email saying I'm wrong ...I wrote an email just asking for directions ...haven't heard back in a week. For $4000 out of pocket I would like better service.
