  • Checked in early and sought after an early flight home. Other airlines (AA) would have charged me $200 for changing my flight. So what does Southwest do? Not only find me the flight and make the adjustment at no extra charge but freaking credit my account for $37 because the flight was deemed to be cheaper. Wow, so not flying anyone else but Southwest now! And yeah...my bag still flies for free. ;)
