  • This was so disappointing. When we arrived, we had to park our car do far from the entrance. We were never asked if we wanted help to unload. All they were interested in was selling a time share. Then we learned we don't get room service. The only way to get clean towels was to request them. The pools were dirty and cockroaches were.on the grounds. While security was nice, the rest of the staff lacked professionalism. When i addressed my concerns to management they never returned my call. Save yourself the grief. There is a reason its not on the strip.
