  • I had a cracked screen on my Android Turbo which they didnt have the glass for but found it at a neighboring store and quickly got it to complete my repair. It was done in a timely manner and the repair made the phone LOOK like new. Leaving the store the clerk assured me the $230. dollar repair came with a "Complete 90 day Guarantee". Playing it safe right away I had a glass screen protector installed to keep my new investment protected but when that protector was being installed the simple pressure of applying it broke the new screen and surprisingly that complete guarantee disappeared when it was needed the most. There was a cheesy offer to give me half off the labor cost but irepair wanted me to pay full retail to replace the glass again so its my opinion that the glass installed was less than OEM and probably not the best quality to break with such a simple procedure so the "Complete Guarantee" sucked. In short I was left feeling kind of shafted on what they called a "Complete 90 day Guarantee". BEWARE........ things arent always what they seem.
