  • Had my 1st Massage Envy experience today. The massage was wonderful, however: When I called to schedule I should've been informed of what is available as I had carte blanche from my wonderful boss! My therapist said time was limited it needs to be set up in advance :( all I wanted was hot stones... Next if it's a 1 hr appt why start 15 mins into the visit? Last *but most important* inform clients NOT to wash their hair as you will leave with oil slicks through it! I had to go home and rewash/style ugh I mentioned this upon leaving but the front just wanted to sell me a pkg deal- No, I don't think so.
