  • Just Plumbing is the WORST Plumbing Contractor in the Valley! Like other reviewers here have said they were called to come out by First American Home Warranty my homeowners warranty company. This starts out as a worn out garbage disposal on one side of my kitchen sink and a drain leak on the other. Tech comes over never puts boot covers on and tracked small rocks and dirt on front entry and kitchen floor. This is where it gets really bad. So the tech confirms what I knew already, bad disposal and leak on other side of sink. Does his uncraftman-like (HACK) work and says it's all fixed. In the beginning I told the guy I didn't want a cheap model disposal (trust me there is a huge difference) and he says oh no these are pretty good units I have one in my house and it works fine. So he leaves. I'm skeptical because he never even checked for leaks and never turned the new disposal on. I tried it out and was blown away at how cheap it sounded and worked (or didn't). It made a metal gears clanking sound when you turned it on and bogged down with just water. So I looked under the sink just to make sure their were no leaks OMFG now both side of the sink are leaking at the drain!! I was furious!! I had First American call another plumber and said I wouldn't recommend them to ever use JP ever again, I said they are Hacks and install inferior products. The disposal they put in was get this a MADE IN CHINA POS. They called Harley's Plumbing and they installed a new disposal Badger 5 1/2hp MADE IN USA with a metal casing around a larger motor not plastic like the Chinese Whirlaway POS unit. 30 yr old Badger is what they took out (which btw still ran great it was just corroded and had a small seeping crack underneath.) and is what they put in. Works great no metal gear clanking when you turn it on, chews up anything I throw at it and it's much quieter. Oh and no leaks on either side! Amazing what I good plumber can accomplish! I Recommend Harley's Plumbing NOT Just Plumbing ever!
