I have never been so disappointed in the humanity of a company as I am in Floss Dental. I had been going to them for quite some time then I made an appointment for a routine cleaning. I had new insurance, so I gave them all the information. During my appointment, I was asked if I wanted a deep cleaning. I said ONLY if my insurance covers it. The tech walked away, came back and said I was good to go. Months later, I receive a bill in the mail for $750. I called to find out why. Apparently, my insurance did not cover Floss since they are a "premium provider." This information was not told to me when I made my appointment. I also made a point to ask the appointment maker if my insurance covered it. She said YES. So why did I get a bill? Months following the first bill, Floss called me and said they would reprocess it. I never got a call back, but the next phone call I did get regarding Floss was a lovely collection agency. My bill now has "interest & charges" of $300 added onto it. It's ridiculous the lack or morality Floss has as a company. No integrity, whatsoever. Bottom line, I will never recommend this place to anyone. And if you do happen to go, double check yourself and make sure you know what your insurance covers or they will take advantage of you.
