The Pho Tai was terrible...the broth was oily & the meat was fatty. Not just a little bit of fat, but globs of floppy nasty fat. I have never had to pull the meat out of my pho. This excess amount of fat was gross (and I'm not even usually picky about fat). We've had a lot of pho, but never something this bad.
I really wanted to like this place. The decor is cute...all Ikea furniture and cool art on the walls. They played pop music. Service was friendly and the place appears to be family owned. Our egg rolls were good, but we only got 3 and most places usually serve 6.
The price was ridiculous! We ordered our usual...2 bowls of pho thai (1 large & 1 small), 2 drinks, and an order of egg rolls. Most places we've ever ate at charge between $20-$25. For this nasty meal...we paid $34!
We won't be returning.
