  • One of the wheels broke on my garage door and it jumped off the track, leaving the 300# door dangling precariously over my car, half open so there wasn't enough space to back out of the garage. It was already about 7:30 PM and I doubted that I could get help at that hour, but I was afraid that the door would give out and come crashing down on my car so I gave it a try. Adrian called back within the hour and understood my sense of urgency. He came out that night and fixed it for a very reasonable price, with just a nominal extra service charge for the late-night call. Some people might take shortcuts on a late night job, but not Adrian - he took the extra care and time to explain everything and to get it balanced just right, going over every detail to ensure a job well-done. He also took the time to tell me what I should watch for so that I can be proactive in handling future problems before they happen. I wholeheartedly recommend Adrian and Garage Doors 4 Less for anyone looking for high quality service at a reasonable price.
