  • Have I been here? Yes. Do I want to go back? No. But my issue isn't when I was here. I went to BVLA website and it says they sell their jewelry here. I called to ask about which pieces they had. And the guy who answered the phone was one of the most ignorant people I have ever spoken to. He didn't answer the phone correctly, and he sounded half drunk. And when I asked about the jewelry he had no idea what I was taking about. If your going to sell high quality body jewelry you might want to get more educated people working for you. I wouldn't want that guy around precious stones. My goodness know what you sell!
