  • First visit wasn't so pleasant. Second visit wasn't pleasant either. First time shame on you, second time shame on me. I will not be back even though I live right across the street from this place. I prefer to drive to the place of where I used to live. First visit I got a pedicure with a massage. The whole pedicure experience is to last 45 minutes. I watched my clock and they shorted me 10 minutes. You can tell they were rushing because they were busy. Second visit started off well. I wanted a Gel polish change. The gentleman who helped me was nice. Then the receptionist came up and gave the guy his next appointment and she asked how much longer. From that point on I was rushed again. Went to go check out and the receptionist told me it was $28 for services. I told her I just wanted a gel change which is around $15. She told me no I got a gel manicure. I didn't want to argue so I just paid. They should've been the ones who didn't want to argue and just have me pay for what I asked. Do I recommend this place to a friend? NO. Do I recommend this place to you? NO.
