  • I've been to this UPS location quite a few times and I've never had any issues. Everyone is incredibly helpful and patient with me, despite the fact that they are always busy when I come in. The wait is never too long and the staff is always really happy to see customers (the other location that I frequent is much closer to me and incredibly cranky). I never know what I'm doing when I'm shipping anything; what box do I use, is an envelope safe, what's the cheapest way to do it, how long will this take, etc. and everyone is very eager to help with my sometimes silly questions (I get scowls at the one off of Mayfield in University Circle...I'm met serious anger and impatience when I [always] have questions).
