  • I went here last night and really enjoyed myself. For $5 after 5:00 - it is a really good deal, and I may end up going back for another night. The rides and games aren't appealing to me at all. The rides work out to $5-$6 a pop, which is ridiculous, in my opinion. I enjoy the shopping, especially international booths, the food building (though I managed to spend $8 on 2 cokes?!), and just the general atmosphere. I think the shows offered are great - you will have to line up or get your seats about 30 minutes in advance, though. As for shopping, there are some really good deals but the clothing and cosmetics are really picked through, and I didn't have the energy to really go searching through all the bins. I was more interested in the unique jewellery and UK foods in the international building. I never saw the appeal of the CNE, but now I am a convert. I probably wouldn't pay $15 to get in, but the evening deal is awesome.
