  • My husband and I stopped in here for a couple drinks and some small plates to share while visiting Uptown over Labor Day weekend. We were seated upstairs in a booth across from the bar, near the bathrooms. Our waiter was nice, and when we told him we were from out of town he gave us recommendations for what to try both there and around the city (little did we know at that time that throughout the rest of the vacation, everyone else we talked to would recommend Dandelion Market!!!). The beer list was creative with "Tourists on Tap" and "Rotating Locals." We each ordered a beer as well as prosciutto crostinis, a mozzarella & pesto flatbread, and chorizo fundido. Everything came out beautifully. The flatbread was crispy, but not burnt. We actually enjoyed dipping the flatbread into the fundido! The fundido didn't have enough of those brown, crunchy chips, so it worked out perfect with the flatbread. I loved the bits of picked onion and chorizo mixed into the creamy queso. The crostinis were topped with prosciutto, goat cheese, fig preserves, caramelized onions, and a balsamic glaze. You really can't go wrong with prosciutto, but Dandelion Market definitely went above and beyond with this flavor combo! It was salty, with a slight sweetness from the preserves. It was crispy, but soft because of the goat cheese! Very enjoyable and highly recommend. Can't wait to come back and try other items on the menu!!!
