Been here a few times and felt it was time to write a quick review.
The good:
The Bacon wrapped cheerwine BBQ scallops were fantastic. We love them.
The steaks were cooked as ordered.
Service was friendly.
The not so good:
The service was slow
The cut of meat ( sirloin) was average at best, and slathering a big chunk of butter does not cover for quality.
The first baked potato was old and overcooked
The second baked potato was very overcooked, I gave up after two. I figure if they can't get a potato right with two attempts , I'm done.
The martini was under-poured, not chilled properly, and sloppy. At $12 in Belmont , you need to try harder.
Try harder Old Stone, take pride in your food.
