  • If I could give ZERO stars I would! Called for their AC tune-up special that is running on the radio. One of the questions they ask when you set the appointment is whether or not you have a home warranty. IF you say yes, they will NOT service your AC. My home warranty company requires that I get the unit serviced annually. They do NOT offer this service and state that I can use any licensed AC company. So the only reason I can think of is that an owner would be less likely to use them to fix the "extra items" discovered during the tune-up! Can you say Possible Rip Off?
