  • I set up a quote online like normal and called to reserve the tables and chairs for my wedding. I provided my credit card and everything required. However, on the day they were supposed to deliver (the day before my wedding) they didn't show up- then they wouldn't answer any phone even though it was a Friday afternoon! I called every number I could find for them and eventually got a text back from the owner who told me to call someone else. I explained I tried and got no answer. After an hour of demanding to get what I had we realized it was put in for the wrong date somehow (because he "magically found my reservation" for 3 weeks later). They refused to take responsibly and made up ridiculous excuses like "oh well the program didn't work"- I'm sorry if you can't trust your technology I can't trust you. I eventually got the rentals, but it was an utter nightmare right before my wedding and they responded rudely and infrequently, not even giving a discount or really seeming to care. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
