  • My 17-year old gas fireplace was shutting off a few seconds after turning it on. Technician Glenn arrived at the appointed time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem (clogged pilot line, as well as pilot hood not facing t-pile). He replaced the embers, cleaned the glass and also replaced the wall switch plate (which was cracked). He was very thorough and spent a fair amount of time. Total charge was $125.
