  • As an experiment I decided to try this store again just to see what pricing I would get, hoping my last experience was a nasty fluke. Nope! The store Mgr is a rude, condescending lady with some superiority complex. I had my box already priced out at my preferred UPS Store, which was $13 standard ground shipping. Lo and behold, this store tried to charge me DOUBLE. I asked why there would be such a big price discrepancy in comparison to other stores and the Mgr basically said, it's MY store and I can charge whatever I want. REALLY?!? So this time I made note of the store #, names of the employees working that day (all of which were equally unhelpful as the Mgr) so I could file a formal complaint with the corporate office. I'm baffled by their attitude and utter lack of customer service. I always ship with UPS and have used many Valley locations and this is by FAR the worst store imaginable. I pity the store owner because perhaps they're unaware of just how horrendous his/her store is in comparison to more honest locations. Don't believe me? Try for yourself. Get a price from a separate store before you go here so you can see just how badly they're price gouging.
