  • JeanAnn was kind, courteous and wasn't at all pushy or judgmental like other practitioners I have been to. She went out of her way to make me feel at ease in a situation that is typically not the most comfortable. Plus she actually took time to get to know me, asking about my life and hobbies. She also took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them throughout the appointment, explaining things to me in a way that I could understand, which I really appreciated. Her staff were also friendly, professional, and helpful, and seem to really enjoy working there. The office is beautifully furnished and feels very homey, not at all cold and sterile like most facilities. I will definitely continue to visit Serenity Women's Health for all of my women's health needs!
