  • I had to wait about 30 extra minutes for my scheduled appointment. There was one small couch with too many people waiting for their appointments. The Atmosphere gave off a dirty cluttered feel, like you're walking through your grandmother's garage sale. They were selling lots of jewelry and trinkets. The woman who cut my hair was "fake" nice, and could feel her judging me the whole time. When she washed my hair at one of their hair washing stations, she didn't use a towel for my neck!!!! It hurt and I was extremely uncomfortable. This is a really bad practice to not use a towel and can actually cause serious problems. My haircut was super mediocre. Not impressed. I won't return.
