When I was looking at the menu at Biscuits, I was thinking good old fashioned diner food. I was there for lunch and maybe I would have liked this restaurant venue for breakfast better. I ordered a patty melt with fries, when it came the rye bread was barely grilled on one side and not at all on the other, so if the hamburger was juicy it would have been a soggy mess, the server was very nice and asked me if I wanted a recook or replacement. I opted for their version of a brisket French dip. Some places the dip is salty, but the brisket was so salty and tough , dried out ...and lastly their portions are huge but way too expensive for the quality almost 50$ for lunch for 3 I would expect at a steakhouse but not at a cafe.
