  • Not a professional cleaner at all. Rohan (the owner and his assistant Michelle) showed up very ill equiped to clean our home. Had to constantly check after them and found areas of the house they skipped completely. They always had excuses as to why something was done incorrectly. My husband wanted to ask them to leave after 2 hours after he heard the banging of the footstool all over the tile and hardwoods. I should have let him ask them to leave. Dust and cobwebs discovered after they left. They did not clean anything above eye level. Would not move light furniture to dust or mop, not even chairs, No attention to detail and not professional at all. Would not return our 3 attempts at communication to let them know what was not satisfactory. Puddles of water left on tile and hardwoods. Very disappointed
