I understand that it was rather busy inside this bustling little burger joint. Every seat seemed filled and I was worried that this may take a bit however I was in and out rather quickly. My server took my order with a smile and even made recommendations at my request and she was right, the California Chicken was rather delicious. Well seasoned though pretty heavy-handed on the mayo. But I would have been ever so pleased (with even my mayo drenched chicken sammy) if it was not for the horrible service. Though my server greeted me with a smile and took my order quickly I never saw her again...until I got my card out. She forgot my beverage. Water...which, isn't that just a given anyway at most places? And it isn't even as though she asked someone else to deliver it to me. No. She was happily avoiding me. I tried three times to get her attention but to no avail. I had to stop someone and ask them to please give me some water. I thought she would come back and offer me the lemon I requested or even a straw...nothing fancy, just the basics. But no. Again, I had to stop someone. When someone else came with my food sans the sauce I ordered I thought she would come by and do a table check. Nope. I had to stop someone else. When pulled my card out and placed it one the table...guess who showed up?! Do you think she even asked me how my meal went? Ha! NO! She ran my card, gave me my receipt and again, was never heard from. When I was finished and had to dash I AGAIN had to stop someone else and ask them for a box. Without a doubt the worst service I HAVE EVER HAD. So all in all an overpriced mayo drenched sandwich and an absentee server....no thanks. I would rather take my business elsewhere if I was going to have to chase down the things I ordered piece by piece. Save your money and go to Subway across the way, at least they HAVE to interact with you.
Sincerely,
The Invisible Patron
