  • I originally purchased my engagement and later wedding band here. Although very attentive, the diamond/spire fell off the ring after only three years. I'm not someone who wears the ring all the time and usually take it off when I get home, so the fact that it fell off so easily and without any "bumping" it is quite disconcerting. The staff was not especially helpful in the beginning when I went in to explain that it was lost, gone forever. The price I received for the ring originally was reasonable, however. After posting this, the owners did contact me to apologize and attempt to rectify the situation. Unfortunately by then I'd gone elsewhere.
