The manger here was terrible. Passive aggressive, doesn't get involved when he is sitting right next to a customer having issues. He sold my friend a 6 hour pass without bothering to check if there was more than one race for the next 3 hours available. Oh and 2 different cashiers' primary response to my group's questions consisted of 'I'm not sure' or 'I don't know'. Spend your money elsewhere because they don't bother explaining that if you buy and pay almost $70 for a 6 hour pass, you are 'subject to availability' and you might only get 2-3 rides in 4 hours... There was no need to be as rude as they were and they didn't bother telling us initially that you have to keep signing up after a race to be enrolled in more, hence we only got in to 2 races. Not to mention every time I pointed to a ticket and asked why mine said 6 sessions and my friend's said 2, even though we had the same ticket and time, the manager's only answer was, 'I don't know'. Never coming back, actively making sure I post everywhere I can about this place.
Its a shame because the kart operators and the track/karts are pretty decent.
