  • 100% worst mistake of my life. Called to ask questions about the club. Told them let me think about it. Of course the calls don't stop for me to come in and sign up. So I did. Decided the drive was too long, so I went in to cancel. Jarred, talked me into canceling and resigning for a lower rate and automatically putting my account on hold for 30 a month. So I said ok. And within the 2 week cancellation policy I decided to cancel all together. Bc he lied and I was charged the full amount of 150. So I go in to sign my paperwork at front desk. So my account is cancelled..cool. But didn't receive my refund. That they told me I would get.. called maybe 6 times and they kept saying everyone was in meetings, not there they will call back. Nope. Never. Not once. I was waiting for a call back from jarred. Never got one so ok I took it as a loss. Got charged for 2 more month but just the hold fee. Called and called no one seems to know about my account. What's going on with it. It's like everyone is always in meetings there. But meeting didn't seem to exist was they wanted my money. Finally I got a refund only for 60. After me going through hell. Woke up today checked my bank statement. They charged me .97 cents. I know that's nothing but the fact that I'm constantly going through something to get ahold of these morons is beyond me! And I absolutely expect my 97 cents back. This place was the worst decision and mistake of my life. Never again will I step foot onto one of there properties.
