rev:text	I've had the misfortune of being a member of this "credit union" for nearly 5 years and under no circumstances would I recommend doing any business with this organization. You're better off keeping your money under your mattress. I opened this account when I moved to Phoenix and had major problems from day one. I should have closed the account immediately; however, my other account does not have banks in Arizona and having a place to do in-branch banking when necessary is prudent. Customer service is majorly flawed as noted by the other reviewers. Initially I had problems with many simple functions like having the correct address printed on my checks, having correspondence sent to my mailing address as opposed to my physical address, and having to correct these and other simple issues multiple times. I was so concerned that I initially did not keep much money in the account and pretty much have not used it as my primary checking account. SInce I've had the account multiple branch locations have shut down and shared branching options have become limited. This has pretty much made the service go from poor to terrible. In recent months, it has been nearly impossible to get a customer representative on the phone to address issues. Incompetence seems to be rampant and endemic to that organization and I highly doubt that it will be in existence within five years given the level of mismanagement that seems to occur there. Buyer beware, you have been warned.
