I had an Entertainment book coupon. I didn't notice the difference in spelling ( it was previously known as Dillens). Instead of POLITELY saying something to the effect of "I'm sorry. We have new owners, and aren't honoring the coupon", she copped a MAJOR attitude, stating rather rudely "that's not us!"
If the new owners see this, you might want to have a little chat with the female employee with the purple hair. She cost you any repeat business from me.
