I took my mother here on Mother's Day. We waited only about 10 minutes for two pedicures. This place is gorgeous! We sat down and chatted. We loved the decor. Her nail artist was very pleasant although I didn't get her name. My nail artist, I believe her name was Asia, was not pleasant. I tried several times to have a little small talk and she was rude. I asked about 10 minutes in if she could add a little more hot water and she said "you need to give me a minute ". I sat there looking at my mother in shock at how she had spoken to me. Over the course of the treatment i was very uncomfortable. I asked a few simple questions "what does your tattoo say?" And " how long have you been open?". I got very tense 1 word answers. It's not like I needed her life story but cmon! I was trying to have a nice time. She was not having it. Anytime I would make a request I would say please and thank you. This girl never made eye contact once or said you're welcome. She obviously didn't want to be there. I'm in the beauty industry too and would never treat a client this way. If you don't want to talk to people don't work in an industry where you need to be kind. I still tipped her because the pedicure was done well. She massages very well. Although it took 30 minutes to remove my gel. Hopefully she learns to be nicer to people. Overall it was an ok experience. I might go back.
